Business of Cannabis: New York will FOLLOW All rules and regulations established by New York State and local governments.
New York’s “Key to NYC” COVID-19 policy ended on March 7, 2022.
Face masks became optional in many settings, where they were previously required, on September 7, 2022.
If you test positive for coronavirus (regardless of your vaccine status) and/or are displaying any of the known symptoms of COVID-19 as outlined by the CDC (check here), we kindly request that you do not attend Business of Cannabis: New York events.
If you are unable to attend owing to contracting COVID-19, please email our team at info@prohibitionpartners.com as soon as possible.

Will I Have To Wear A Face Covering & Practice Social Distancing During The Event?
In line with New York policy, attendees are not required to wear face masks, or remain socially distanced, during Business of Cannabis: New York.
Attendees are welcome to wear masks, but please bring your own to the conference. Masks will not be provided by Business of Cannabis or the venue.
should the event be postponed, Will I receive a refund?
We are living in very uncertain times at the moment and we appreciate that there may be some reluctance to spend money on events that have a chance of being postponed. Should the event be postponed as a result of COVID-19 restrictions, all tickets to Business of Cannabis: New York will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, we are committed to refunding the ticket price to participants upon request to our customer service team.
If I have bought a ticket but I am unable to attend the event due to reasons related to COVID-19, can I get a refund?
We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Business of Cannabis: New York. We cannot guarantee any refunds.

What If I Have Been Vaccinated And I Test Positive for Coronavirus?
If you test positive for coronavirus, regardless of vaccination status, we request that you do not attend the conference for the safety of our delegates. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible.
IF I HAVE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, CAN I STILL ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
If you are displaying known symptoms of COVID-19, we politely request that you do not attend the conference — unless you have tested negative for COVID-19.
